About San Patricio Melaque
About the year 1523 a Spaniard expedition arrived to these coasts of the state of Jalisco, which assured that there were 500 women per every 20 men who took care of the few children. Nowadays, this region known as Costa Alegre in the tropical Mexican Pacific, to the south and adjacent to the state of Colima, is an extension of several beaches belonging to Cihuatlan’s County. San Patricio Melaque is located 350 km from Guadalajara, 215 km from Puerto Vallarta and 70 km from Manzanillo, Colima.
Tourism is the main activity in San Patricio Melaque, relying on a wide range of hotels and restaurants right in front of the beautiful beach; counting with services such as transportation, banks, trades and first class tourist services.

In order to get to San Patricio Melaque, you can take the highways that come from Mexico City or Guadalajara, or by airway, since at only 25 km away from us there is the International Airport of Manzanillo.
